I tried to do a fresh install of v10R30 on a fresh windows server 2019 server as a test and none of the utilities will start with "cannot find wgserv.cfg" looking in c:\bbsv10 does not have the file. can anyone else also try a fresh install on a fresh system?

I have the exact same issue. Same file and same message however, I don't get a galexcep.out file


If your system crashes and there is no entry in GALEXCEP.OUT, please provide the following information:
- Date occurred
- Any time the control module is active
- MBBS v10 Release number
- 30 ...

Would something like denyhosts work? See at https://sourceforge.net/projects/denyhosts/ for more
