It is MBBS v10 and is available from the website for download.
There are still some items in configuration screens that may reference WG but they will ultimately be replaced.

No, one does not specifically exist for v10. If you are volunteering we would love to have one!
The WG3 windows help files could be used as a base, converted to PDF with items such as ActiveHTML and Client/Server removed.
