Absolutely, we need to make the bbs compatible, natively, with more modern platforms! This opens up so many more options than just security fixes. Security, in my opinion, is very important. We are living in a world where its dirt simple, and pretty cheap, to fire up a cloud instance and ...

Personally, I feel like more "Nerd" forums would be useful. I could measure in a thimble the amount of interest I have in sportball, but would love forums for things like, Dungeons and Dragons.

There are a few utilities that are, for some reason, not automatically setup as shortcuts when you install v3. The menu tree editor is one of them. ;)

In my WG 2.0 days, I did quite a bit of work to try to get the board running under windows. It just never worked out all that well. There is an option within the settings regarding the "need to run board under windows/desqview/etc" but I believe that option was never designed to work with a modern ...
