DOS Windows messed up

Anything that requires a DOS window to run is messed up. Like nothing is drawing properly. For apps like WGSRUNMT.EXE it's impossible to do anything because the bottom of the screen with the key map isn't drawing at all. Running Win10 under NTVDM. Any ideas?

You just need to set the properties of the window to have a screen setup of 80 X 25. Best to select Raster font as well.

Also turn on "Legacy Console" mode.
