MBBS v10 R34 released

The latest version of MBBS v10 (Release 34) is available for download from: https://www.themajorbbs.com/files/

Changelog:
- Add audit trail color option (ADTCLR)
- Fix GALDMA crash due to too few parameters
- Fix rlogin routing when connecting back to same host as MBBS via IP address in a VM
- Create single unified installer
- Disable DialControl and FU Globals by default on full installs
- Fix bug where paging sysop would traverse MajorLink
- Increase number of re-try attempts when connection to MajorLink lost
