Last night Khan from sos-bbs.net figured out a teleconference action issue that had been bugging us for some time. If you create an action that uses the @IN (user input) macro, you must put it in the second block of the action (the directed block) for it to work properly. It will work locally if you put it in the first block, but remote users over MajorLink will either see some random input from someone else on their bbs, or nothing at all.
