How do I change the accounting model from sysop only to allow users to log on and create an account, etc?

Initially during the installation I set it to sysop only option or something like that. The MajorBBS quick start guide wiki says I could change it later but I don't know where to find the option to change the option to public, etc.

It's one of the options in the Offline Utilities. If that doesn't work, you'll have to set it up manually. Let me know if the offline utility doesn't work and I can walk you through the manual stuff.
