So, what's up? Lately, I've been either too sick or too busy to mess with the bbs much, although I did a bunch of work on it since april until the last week or so, when we had our first t-lord contest with a real prize.

Now, it seems like I'm not spending enough time on-line. I've been working on my other place, and recently started thinking about Christmas. So, I've been putting stuff on ebay for Christmas. In the last couple days, I've made enough to buy majormud, and believe me, I've thought about it several times, but have just decided against it for now. I'm probably going to also buy myself an xbox 360 in the next week or so.

so what's going on with every one else?

Well, I bought the premium 360 several days ago, along with an intercooler, plug n charge kit, and enchanted arms. Also ordered some used games on ebay - moto gp 2006, oblivion, and battle for middle earth 2, and a new 360 wireless network adapter. Saved about $25 by buying the adapter on ebay, as they're $99 retail. Hopefully they'll start coming in this week some time.

Also bought a wap54g on ebay for $25, to be used as a repeater, some misc networking stuff, and pre-ordered the xbox 360 hd dvd drive. It should be out next month some time. I also want to try out phantasy star universe when it comes out next month and hopefully I'll have the wifi repeater up and working with the xbox 360 at that time.

Can't wait to try out elder scrolls oblivion. They say if you get in to it, you'll never leave the house! heh

I just turned 31 in August.

I've been SWAMPED fellas.. since July.. at work; I have 3 projects on my plate at once, and poor requirements - and they're big ones - two are building an infrastructure for electronic forms and documents and an infrastructure for electronic signature, and the other is a new product delivery channel... and I'm understaffed at the moment (have people waiting to get hired, but paperwork... and red tape...)

I'm sorry I haven't been doing squat WG-wise.. just no time for anything.. I just got home from work!

PS: Oblivion and its predecessor Morrowind are as good as advertised or better! I played it in March and took me about a month to get through, playing almost every day. Morrowind took two months, playing almost every day for many hours. There's an expansion pack coming out for Oblivion, so hopefully I can find time to play it.

I finally got a chance to try out Oblivion for the 360 tonight and must say it's has smoother graphics and gameplay than morrowind on the original xbox. It looks like it might have a halfway decent storyline as well. The combat system is a lot more forgiving too. I hated having to attack those damn crabs 50 times to get 1 hit on them heh. Two or three swings and you'll hit some one on oblivion.

I'm playing an Argonian. While I don't have enough time to just sit down for a month and play constantly, I will play it as much as I can for awhile.

Got my wap54g and set it up as a repeater so that I can use more than 1 wifi system on my wifi antenna. Phantasy Star Universe is coming in a couple weeks, and I've got to get ready for that hehe
