The Major BBS Forums (Archive)

Now that I have my WorldLink Forums working, I'd like to be able to use QWK packets and I don't really see how you can set those up. I hit Q and go into the QWK section of the BBS, and when I go to download them it scans my HELLO forum and that is it. I don't see a way to set which conferences you can choose to download like on a standard BBS. A point in the right direction would be helpful.

I see a way to change it on the website for my QuickScan, but there has to be a way to change that on the actual BBS....?

Honestly, Not that I have found so far. I think its in the actual software code itself so far. The same issue seems to be a hindered with Dovenet packages.

I believvvvvve... if you're trying to configure your quickscan...

/go forums

and select "c" for Configure Forums

you can do "v" to View forums in quickscan

then you can use "+" or "-" to add or remove forums in your quickscan...

it basically was however your preferences were for scanning for new messages on the bbs, it used those settings for building which forums you want qwk packets to contain... as well as if you want files to be automatically attached or not when downloading a qwk packet? I don't have qwk packets enabled anymore so I can't give a positive answer.
