I have added this as a confirmed bug to our tracking system and will investigate - appears not related to the pkunzip utility at this stage.

A fix has been identified and is being tested - I will release an update when we have confirmed it is stable.

MBBS v10 Upgrade Installer has updated and placed on the website which resolves this bug.
